CARE & MAINTENANCE

The Planet Lamp by Mette Schelde is a wall light that invites you to play. The coloured discs are attached to the main steel bar by magnets and can be moved, rearranged, and repositioned to your liking — changing the look and the light with every configuration. The indirect ambient light appears soft and creates shifting shadows on the wall according to how the discs are arranged.

Inspired by a photographer's use of light equipment, the Podgy pendant by Krøyer-Sætter-Lassen strives to create an accurate illumination that serves the needs of everyday life. By combining several classic elements from Scandinavian design heritage with a refined expression focused on composition and materiality, Krøyer-Sætter-Lassen has placed Podgy firmly in the contemporary present.

At the heart of Podgy is a honeycomb aluminium structure — originally used by photographers to generate soft, controlled studio light — that casts a pleasingly diffuse light while also providing directed illumination. The spherical dimmer on top lets you adjust the density and intensity of light, creating a playful and tactile interaction between lamp and user.

Sharing its name with Proxima Centauri — our next-nearest star — the Proxima Pendant by Meike Harde is a hanging glow-globe that gives a soft, ambient, and diffuse illumination that adds intimacy to any space. Light filters through hundreds of see-through apertures, angling it in all directions and spreading a warm, cosy radiance throughout the room.
