ARISE Stool is the extra seat you can pull out when people drop in; the stool you step on to reach the top shelf; the side table you use when you need to drop stuff; its the flexible seating solution with chair-like qualities that makes those who own it wonder how they ever lived without it. A stool with chair-like qualities. It´s as suited to adults who can sit comfortably resting one foot on the step - as to children, who use it to climb on, play at or sit on as an attached table and chair. Though obviously functional, ARISE Stool´s construction of two stacked steps also shows its playful side. It has a graphic expression that´s solid yet light, thanks to its combination of solid oak material and softly rounded edges.

Trienna is an armchair that has been demonstrating the concept of sustainability for over half a century. The specimens of Trienna that circulate on the second-hand market, with their well thought-out components and choice of materials, have clearly shown how the patina gives the armchairs beautiful individual properties. Previous producers, Nordiska Kompaniet (1957) and Källemo (1989), gave Trienna a chance to age according to her unique circumstances. In 2022 it is Verk's turn to take the baton and help maintain the quality and continuity of this Swedish furniture classic, and just like 65 years ago, no shortcuts have been taken. The leather, which is the supporting element of the armchair, comes then as now from the Tärnsjö tannery, the wood comes from Sweden and the tenons are visible. By also listening to those who know Trienna best, previous owners and upholsterers, Verk, in consultation with the Acking family, has made two modifications that will ensure an even longer lifespan. The seat is now tensionable so it can be adjusted when stretched, and the stitching in the back has been reinforced to resist wear.

Armchair, design Joacim Wahlström. Made exclusively of solid Swedish oak. Seat and back in 5 mm thick, self-supporting, ecologically tanned leather. The seat and back are replaceable and can be tightened gradually. Integrated furniture pads made of ecologically tanned, Swedish leather. Can be purchased untreated or treated with natural linseed oil.

For Linde Freya Tangelder, the founder of destroyers/builders, the ASSEMBLE is a sofa debut. “It was the most complex object I have ever designed. And the largest for that matter. It was challenging to combine my preference for architectural contouring and very tactile materials with rather practical necessities as sitting comfort, foam density and extreme detailing.”
