CARE & MAINTENANCE

Silicone is non-toxic and easy to clean — wipe with a soft damp cloth. Shock-resistant and built to retain its colour and shape over time. Always switch off power before cleaning or changing the bulb.

Sowden is the design studio of George Sowden, co-founder of the Memphis Group. The SHADES collection began with a simple discovery: that silicone, a humble industrial material, could diffuse light in a way no other material could — beautifully.
